Hi, I’m Alexis Tradito, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and I’m here to help you become the strongest, most confident version of yourself inside and out.
For years, I struggled with feeling comfortable in my own skin. I was naturally thin, with little muscle and no shape, and no matter what I wore or how I carried myself, I never felt confident. I wanted to change not just my body, but how I felt about myself.
When I first started working out during covid, I had no real direction. Fitness content was everywhere, but it all felt overwhelming. Eventually, I decided to stop waiting for the “perfect plan” and just started. I researched workouts, stayed consistent, and pushed myself, even when I didn’t see results right away.
Over time, fitness became more than just a habit, it became the key to unlocking my true potential and transforming the way I saw myself.


Now, my mission is to help others experience that same transformation. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, to doubt yourself, and to wonder if change is even possible.
But I also know what happens when you refuse to give up, when you push past self-doubt, stay consistent, and realize you’re capable of so much more than you ever thought.
