Yes! I can train clients with injuries, but they must first be cleared by a doctor to ensure it's safe to proceed. Once approved, I’ll modify exercises as needed to accommodate any limitations and keep the workouts safe and effective.

Tracking food isn’t mandatory, but it’s highly recommended. I offer personalized meal plans as an add-on for those looking for extra nutrition support.
